Recently, Ferragamo held a presentation of the Spring Summer 2023 collection. This collection marks the debut of the new creative director Maximilian Davis and marks a turning point in changing the brand’s identity.

The Spring/Summer 2023 collection, titled “A New Dawn,” takes place within the framework of Milan Fashion Week, bringing together the influences of Hollywood culture in the 1950s combined with the modern perspective and personality of Maximilian Davis. Inspired by the sunset palette, the collection includes classic colors like red and black to bright colors like orange, sky blue, optical white and most especially, sunset ombre tones.

The most iconic pieces of the collection include: the Wanda bag – Ferragamo’s storage design brought back by Maximilian with sharp lines, the Cut-out bag in the spirit of “futuristic” and Elina shoes with the iconic Gancini sole of the brand. All of the above designs represent Maximilian Davis’ very new vision – a vision that looks directly into the future.

To recreate that spirit, Ferragamo Vietnam displayed at the event a red wall with a sculptural texture to introduce new products under the collection. Also at this characteristic red wall, the most popular faces of the Vietnamese fashion world such as Chau Bui and Kelbin Lei have brought creative images besides the typical designs of the Spring Summer 2023 Collection.
