Many hearing impaired people go to drive thrus and are served as they should be. They are able to place their orders at windows. Any service available to the public has to be made accessible for everyone otherwise it is discrimination. And you cannot go inside these restaurants where I live currently, so should a hearing impaired person want to order food…how would you suggest they do so? um heaps of deaf people go to drive thru at the window. Educate yourself ummm restaurants are closed except the drive threw almost everywhere At McDonald’s, it’s posted on their speaker if you are hearing impaired please order at the 1st window. This discrimination is unacceptable, reasonable, and unfair. Period. Accommodations are being made in other food industries, it needs to be made here too.
