politics don’t get in our way Regarding Care Homes: here in B.C., when it became clear in March that Care Homes were highly risky places for a number of reasons, Dr Henry mandated a “single site provision of employment” – essentially that all persons employed at care homes in B.C. must be employed at only one Care Home (many workers were employed part-time at multiple care homes prior to this), it took much negotiating with the various unions, staff, admins, stakeholders, etc, to negotiate this but has greatly reduced transmission to care home residents.
