i was in the same position with my rottie she ate a large Kibble. This the worse feeling to go thru. My dog collapse and her tongue turn blue and she completely stop breathing. Everyone was telling me to her let go she’s gone. I couldn’t I kept on trying. It took the longest time but I saved my dog. I did the same thing change her food. It’s the worst helpless feeling anyone can have. I’m glad your pup survived. So pleased he is doing so much better! I had a knot in my stomach watching this! My youngest (the black one) has a habit of eating stuff off the sidewalk on walks and we constantly have to watch her, but luckily she’s never choked on food. We actually prefer the Fromm brand of food, it’s really good and our girls love it!! They both require high protein diets and eat roughly five cups a day though. We live an active life and it keeps them strong and healthy. I started to cry even though I knew the puppy was going to be okay! I can not even imagine how scary that was but it made me happy to see so many police officers trying to help. I’m glad he is doing well! I agree with those saying it would be cool if he had his own fb or instagram page. I’d love to follow updates on his adventures from puppyhood to adulthood.
