Jewelry designer Victoire de Castellane has repeatedly sought inspiration to create jewelry from fabrics. In 2018, the Dior Dior Dior collection used floral lace as the focus of the jewelry models. In early 2022, the Galons Dior collection chose hand-knitted motifs to recreate in precious stones.

The Dior Print collection includes 35 jewelry sets and 137 products in total. They use nearly 54 carats of diamonds, paired with colorful fancy sapphire, young green garnet tsavorite, rose red spinel and lake blue Paraiba tourmaline.
In addition to this creative abundance, the Dior Print collection demonstrates the care devoted to the search for special gems. Among them, an 11.58-carat diamond, a 14.66-carat sapphire from Myanmar, and a 10.27-carat ruby from Mozambique appear brilliantly on a diamond-encrusted necklace.
The Dior brand is rooted in fashion, not jewelry. Therefore, the French fashion house may be famous in the haute couture area but not as a big name in the haute joaillerie area. However, according to Mr. Pietro Beccari, CEO of Dior, this is the area where the fashion house is increasingly confident when pursuing and conquering the most demanding customers.
Dior is focusing on investing in purchasing super quality gems. At the Dior Print jewelry collection show, there was also a showcase of loose, unencrusted stones.
Some examples presented include the 22 carat Sri Lankan sapphire or the 25 carat red spinel from Tanzania. Beside it is a 101 carat D (clear and luminous) water diamond, cut to the Asscher facet. The diamond is worth more than 40 million USD, so Dior only dares to bring a replica to introduce!
