The Cartier Women’s Initiative World Reunion begins March 6, 2022, with thinkers and activists around the globe to celebrate the extraordinary achievements of women. , taking advantage of business style as a main driving force for good.
Hosted by Tiffany Dufu, Founder and CEO at Cru, a training organization for women in the United States, the celebration began with a concert by Italian-Brazilian conductor Simone Menezes, brings a musical space of beautiful masterpieces to pay tribute to all involved, the amazing women who make an impact on successful entrepreneurs.
This special musical moment follows the introductory speech by Cyrille Vigneron, President and CEO of Cartier International, who once again reaffirmed the brand’s strong commitment to empowerment. for women, celebrate the program’s remarkable growth and encourage continued journey for a more equitable and prosperous future around the world.

The ceremony also welcomed special guests: Guo Jingjing, world diving champion and pioneer woman, and Yara Shahidi , actor and producer, who in turn shared their vision for gender equality. and women’s empowerment, while highlighting the social and environmental impact the new generation is seeking on the world.
Following these inspirational speeches, Cyrille Vigneron and Sophie Doireau, CEOs of Cartier Middles East, India and Africa, honored nine Impact Award winners who were former Cartier Fellows. The Women’s Initiative was chosen for the extraordinary impact their business has made over the years.
They then proceeded to announce the top winners of the three Impact Awards categories: Improving Lives, Conserving the Planet and Opportunity, based on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
The event is also an opportunity to honor the 10 Women’s Initiative Community Champions – whose mentors, judges and coaches serve as their precious key players.
In addition to the ceremony, the Cartier Women’s Initiative organized a series of workshops, Meet & Exchange, and community connections from March 6 to March 8 to enable participants to meet change enthusiasts around the world, sparking new collaborations and solving shared challenges.
