Don’t know how she can be deaf cause she keeps replying to him What I really don’t understand about this is there is a person clearly sitting beside her, why didn’t they tap her and let her know that the man was speaking? Obviously I don’t agree with the way the employee spoke to her. I just don’t get how someone else was there and didn’t say anything and just recorded it? I would assume if I was deaf and had a friend with me they would let me know when the person was speaking so I could order?

Just feel like there’s more to this tbh. This guy is a tool! I worked at a McDonald’s and had a guy who was both deaf and unable to speak who used to come through the drive-thru regularly and there was never any kind of issue serving him. And this woman speaks clearly. Wtf! Ok this woman was looking for confrontation PERIOD! If she’s deaf, she has no reason to go through a drive through!!! if she can hear him saying I don’t care, even if she’s reading lips, move on. She’s already created a hostile situation. I wouldn’t want the food. He could do anything to it. This made me cry so hard, what an absolute vile, cruel man he was.. I’m so sad this lady had to be subjected to that kind of vile behaviour..
