I am a Javanese but raised in Riau archipelago, When I moved to East Java or Bali, nobody offended by I am not speaking local languages.

Those Americans that only speak English never know to feels the pain of learning multiple languages.  yes, i love it. I will be speaking Tagalog from now on. not if they aren’t talking to you. It shouldn’t matter what language they speak. Leave people alone. Its the difference in culture and language that makes the world beautiful  you don’t cater to me, I’m bilingual and can speak Spanish with whom ever I want to as long as I’m not at work, OOPS, what am I talking about, my job hired me because I am bilingual. I probably can speak English better than you can. Again you don’t cater to any Hispanic, they are hard working people that have a right to speak any language they wish to. You’re all just jealous because you have only learned one language.
