I figured you might reply, but never thought really would get to. I am trying not easy when my body & mind is in this state. Even if not check on news. I need to see if focusing on meditation music etc days straight will change things. You are so SELFLESS! Featuring an artist who does the same type of thing that you do shows your true self.
