Norma, I’m 1000% sure they explored that option before they invasively cut a hole in her throat. That’s definitely not a procedure they do, if there’s any other options. I think giving her bigger nose would not solve her breathing problems because I think her nose is tiny all the way around! Meaning that the passages on her nostril as well as the opening on top that goes to her brain cavities are too small too! To enlarge those would be very invasive & probably not possible as it would violate other parts or her face, such as her yes!  I don’t think Norma was trying to be offensive or anything.
