They could win the Super Bowl this year, this could not make it and get back next year, or they could not make it back with this group again. In 2006 the Pats had absolutely no weapons of offense, it was like this year minus Edelman. In 2007 they came back with Moss and Welker. Didn’t win the Super Bowl, but got things back on track. Gronk came shortly after. Point being, this team was still only an offensive playmaker or two away from being the same team they’ve been in the past. If Bill stays stubborn and thinks they can win easily without playmakers they could be done. If, like in 2007, they add some weapons
