People without adequet health care use the ER as a doctors office. You end up paying anyway if the person can’t pay! And someone has lived say a $5,000 hospital bill and let’s say they’re making a payment of I don’t know $20 a month! There’s nothing that really can be done because you’re making faithful payments. There sould be a plan like unemployment where money each week is taken out of your check to pay for healthcare! If people want it then elect to have it, if not opt out.  The problem with say socialized health Care is it removes the option the people cannot opt out. Those who want the government to control healthcare want the money to be taken like taxes which is done by force with the threat of imprisonment.
