I believe the police did not tell her not to pray in her home, but to turn the volume down. Whether it be a radio or a person’s voice if you are disturbing your neighbors because it is so loud then you just need to turn the volume down either on the radio or your own voice no one’s going to tell you not to pray but apparently the volume was the issue.
