but not for everyone !! police and fire protection and education are NOT available to everyone. They’re available to those who live within a county or city limit and PAY for the service through taxes. There are many who live in rural areas where fire protection is not available. There are many who live in areas where police protection is not available. What do they do?!?!?! Oh my – they take care of themselves and each other. the fire protection
