I get what the message is trying to say, but in my part of the world if you just waved at them during a road incident you’d be fortunate if they didn’t drag you out your car and beat you half to death. Your are crazy man you almost hit him, then you say there is no problem if someone is Complaining you. You act like nothing. Because when you generalize as people just know when I am in my car you are people to me so should I assume you are like garbage truck!!!!
