I have been coached and trained by few entrepreneurs in personal development but this is free and the best message I heard so far Meditation is only new to the western part of the world. It has always been a path ,and the only path, that connects you to your God essence and the energy being you are. And using the energy of thought intentionally to alter your future. Energetics 101 -We are all energy beings connected to all that is energetically.Your thoughts are energy that affect your energetic field. Hence, that is what shows up in life to experience. You can actually change future lives using the same methods. Changing thought, that changes response that changes behavior that changes the outcome.
